Combining our knowledge of the natural world, our creative ideas and our expertise in mindful engagement, our programme are designed to help employees refuel and team build.

There is an ever-growing body of research showing the many health benefits of engagement with the natural environment including the alleviation of stress and the symptoms of depression.

We offer a range of nature activities including mindfull walks, gardening, foraging and cooking on an open fire. We can combine this with broad range of creative activities such as bundle dyeing, basket weaving, ink making and needle felting. We can create a bespoke programme to meet your needs.
