Allow time to refuel through creative and nature-based activities
Combining our expertise in creativity, positive psychology and mindful engagement with nature, this workshop is designed for parents and carers who recognise that supporting the wellbeing of their teenagers means they also need time to refuel.
The programme includes:
- creative and art therapy-based activities designed to develop insight and defuse difficult emotions
- meditation which can enhance self-esteem and increase optimism, relaxation and awareness
- mindful experiences in nature which reduces stress-hormone production, improves feelings of happiness and frees-up creativity
connecting with others as part of a positive group experience
Join us for 5-week programme of 2-hour workshops, based indoors and outside depending on weather.
COST: This five-week programme is at a special introductory price of £140 including materials. All proceeds go towards our work supporting the mental health of young people.
