refuelling for professionals

Refuelling for professional Caregivers and Educators

The Wild Mind Project recognise and support the wellbeing needs of our community’s caregivers and educators. Join us for our refuelling programme this summer.

Combining our expertise in art therapy and mindful engagement with nature, our workshops are designed for caregivers and educators who recognise that they too need care and support –  time to refuel.

The programme includes:

  • creative and art therapy-based activities designed to improve physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
  • meditation which can enhance self-esteem and increase optimism, relaxation and awareness
  • mindful experiences in nature, which can reduce stress-hormone production and improve feelings of happiness, plus frees-up creativity
  • connecting with others as part of a positive group experience.

The workshops will be available towards the end of the summer (subject to Coronavirus restrictions).  Each programme will include 5 weekly, 2-hour sessions from 6-8pm.
